-10 meter Crab walk

-10 meters lunge and twist right then left

-10 meters lunge elbow to heel

-10 Shoulder passthroughs

-10 Pull-ups

-10 Sit-ups

-10 Ring Rows

– Chest To Ground Push-Ups

– T2B

– Air Squats

ROW 20 Calories after every set (6 total rows)
