Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 min AMRAP

15 Walball Situp

10 Dumbell DL to Box

Use heavy weight and tall box (relative terms)

One rep is both DB’s to top of box, 2nd rep is both DB’s to the deck.

Rx+ is different DB weights (unbalanced load, e.g. 100/75). Alternate arms in each round if doing this.

Add weight and Box height to comments.
