-Row 1000m or 800m jog

-Do 5-10 reps of each movement from today’s Metcon with no weight or an empty bar.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Metcon (Time)

5 Rounds:

-15 Bar facing burpees over the bar

-12 Deadlifts

-9 Push Jerks (from the rack)

Rx – 135/95#

STRENGTH

Deadlift (1×1 )

Take 10 minutes to work up to a 1RM Deadlift
