-Row 1000m or 800m jog

-Do 5-10 reps of each movement from today’s Metcon with no weight or an empty bar.


Metcon (Weight)

EMOM for 12 mins:

4 Deadlifts

4 KB swings

4 Box Jumps (24/20″)

*choose a weight that challenges you but that you can maintain for 12 mins
