-Row 1000m or 800m jog

-Do 5-10 reps of each movement from today’s Metcon with no weight or an empty bar.

Metcon (Time)

50 Rounds For Time of:

-1 Strict Push Press (from the rack)

-2 Squat Cleans

-3 Burpees

RX PLUS: (115/75#)

RX: (75/45#)

STRENGTH

Back Squat

Back Squat 1×1
Take 10 minutes to work up to a 1 RM
