-Do 5-10 reps of each movement from today’s Metcon with no weight or an empty bar.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

200 m Run

10 Push Press

10 Back Squats (from the rack)

10 T2B

Rx Plus:(135/95#)

RX(95/65#)

EXTRA CREDIT

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Tabata Push-Ups:

Do 20 seconds of push ups, then rest 10 seconds for 4 minutes: (8 Rounds)
