Crossover activation

Samson stretch x 20 meters

Caterpillar x 20 meters

Calf stretches

-on a box with heel hanging off box. 10 seconds each side.

-toe up heel down pull body towards the rig. 10 seconds each side.

-banded calf stretches. Lay on your back and use band around forefoot to stretch calves.

Burgener Warm-up (No Measure)

BURGENER WARM-UP:

1. Down and “Finish”

2. Elbows High and Outside

3. Muscle Snatch

4. Snatch Lands at 2″, 4″, 6″

5. Snatch Drops

4. Snatch Balance without a dip
