WARM-UP

5 minute BACK WARMUP:

Warm up with 20 reps of each

Glute Hip thrust

Side to sides (flat on back knees bent rotate from one side to the other)

Toe to hand (flat on back arms out then alt toe to hand)

Mermaid

Cat to camel

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

Metcon (Time)

4 ROUNDS:

400 meter Run

25 WB Sit-ups (20/14#)

25 Back Extensions

STRENGTH
