-1000m ROW, 800m Jog, or 4 minute slow Bike.

-Do 5 reps of each movement from today’s Metcon with no weight, an empty bar, or just the movement.


Metcon (Weight)

EMOM x 25 minutes:

(complete the complex – AHAP with good form).

-1 power clean

-1 hang power clean

-6 Alt Pistols

RX Plus-Pistols

RX-Elevated Single Leg Squat

Scaled-Knee Tap Squat


Make up a strength that was programmed this week if you missed it.
