Back-extensions
Pull-ups

*EVERY 3 MINUTES PERFORM

-5 PULL-UPS

-10 PUSH-UPS

-15 AIR SQUATS

STRENGTH

Back Squat

• Test for new 5RM

Bench Press

• Test for new 5RM

Power Snatch

• 6 sets of 2 reps
