-Do 5 reps of each movement from today’s Metcon with no weight, an empty bar, or just the movement.

•20/16 Cal Row

•5 Back Squats

STRENGTH

1 Snatch Balance + 2 OHS

1 set = 3 reps of 1 SB + 2 OHS. REST EXACTLY 60 SECONDS BTW RETS
