STRENGTH

Clean and Jerk

Warm up reps then:

• 3 reps at 60%

• 3 reps at 70%

• 3 reps at 80% of 1RM

Front Squat

Warm up reps then:

• 3 reps at 60%

• 3 reps at 70%

• 3 reps at 80% of 1RM
