-Do 5 reps of each movement from today’s Metcon with no weight, an empty bar, or just the movement.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

16 minute AMRAP:

12 DB Alt Power Snatch

20 DB Walking Lunges

10 Burpee over the DB

RX Plus-50/35

RX-35/20

STRENGTH

Work up to 3 sets of 5 Squat Cleans
