Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

Running clock for 14 minutes:

1 Deadlift

1 T2B

2 Box Stepups (35/20# DBs)

**At minute 7 complete a 400 M run then pick up where you left off**

Each round, add one rep to the deadlift and toes to bar and two reps to the box step ups.
